My name is Catie, and I’m the owner of Platinum Cleaning Solutions. I’m
a dedicated, hardworking mother of 2 beautiful daughters, ages 15 and 2.5.
I’ve been local to Everett/Mill Creek for over 25 years and have 16 years
of professional cleaning experience. My goal is to create spaces that feel
comfortable and provide a sense of peace for our clients.
Each lady on my team is hand-picked, background checked, and goes through an extensive interview and training period directly with me. This ensures consistency and peace of mind that you’ll get what you pay for every time. We each take pride in our work and thrive on the feedback we get from our clients after each cleaning.

Jeannie is the veteran of our crew. With 30 years of professional cleaning
experience, plus my 16 years, she’s been an incredible addition. She’s
careful, kind-hearted, reliable, and friendly — with great energy. Outside
of work she enjoys gardening and tackling home improvement projects with
friends and family.

Tiffany is a strong, driven, independent woman and mom to one daughter she adores. More than an employee, she’s a great friend and valuable part of our team. Creative and self-motivated, she holds herself to high standards and constantly pushes to improve.
Misty
Misty is our newest member. She’s thoughtful, conscientious, dependable,
and meticulous. She loves taking on big jobs and takes pride in making a
noticeable impact. She’s committed to finding every detail to leave clients
with a spotless home. It’s been a joy training her to a level of excellence
she didn’t know was possible.
Tamera — Weekend Warrior
Tamera is a diligent, fast learner with natural leadership skills. Full of
integrity and ready for anything, she knows how to get the job done right
the first time. She shows up every time with a smile, happy to help.
Jenny — Weekend Warrior
Jenny is sharp and thorough, taking notes on everything to make sure she
masters each task completely. She’s dependable and flexible, always making
herself available when needed. You can count on her to see every job
through to the end, no matter the size or challenge.
