24-Hour Cancellation Notice Policy

We understand that things come up, and we appreciate your prompt notification if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. To ensure a smooth service, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Failure to provide adequate notice could result in a $45 cancellation fee.

Additionally, if we're unable to gain entry for a scheduled cleaning or in the event of a same-day no-show, a $50 fee will be applied.

Holiday Announcement

Dear Valued Clients,

We want to take a moment to update you on our holiday rates and remind you of our cancellation policies & add-on services.


Below are some important details to keep in mind:

Holiday Rates

We'll be observing holiday rates for the following major holidays and days of importance:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas
  • Christmas Eve
  • Easter
  • Halloween
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day

During these holidays, our rates will increase by $5 per hour.


However, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your cleaning to our earliest available day if you'd prefer to avoid the holiday rate increase.

Payment Terms

Payments for all cleanings are due no later than the Friday at the end of the week. Late payments after Friday will incur a $5 late fee. I’ll do my best to remind each of you of your payments when they’re due and after to avoid any late fees.

Service Limitations

Our maintenance cleaning services are defined by the scope of work discussed and agreed upon during our walk-through appointment. This includes regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. If you'd like to add any special services, our add-ons include:

  • Inside fridge: starting at $25
  • Inside oven: starting at $25
  • Inside cupboards: starting at $25
  • Interior windows cleaning: starting at $25

These add-ons can be included at any time, and prices may vary depending on size and scope. For services like window cleaning and interior cupboard cleaning, we'll provide a specific price estimate based on your needs.
